What is a deposition?
Depositions are scheduled to help attorneys gather a complete profile of facts and testimonies for their case. Though not required by law, depositions make a world of difference. Court reporters record the questions and answers and format them into an accurate transcripts that the legal counsel can use for reviewal at a later time.
What is the purpose of a deposition?
