    • National Court Reporters Association (NCRA): Certification from the NCRA, such as the Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) or Registered Merit Reporter (RMR), indicates the reporter has met rigorous standards of education, skill, and ethics.
    • Texas Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC): Certification by the JBCC is essential for court reporters practicing in Texas. It ensures that the reporter meets the state’s specific requirements and regulations. Kelly serves on the Court Reporters Advisory Board of the JBCC.
    • Texas Deposition Reporters Association (TEXDRA): Kelly is a founding member of TEXDRA and is a past president and serves on many committees for TEXDRA.  TEXDRA proudly represents Texas freelance court reporters and court reporting firms, keeping everyone up to date on all rules, regulations and legislative events concerning Texas CSRs.
